Revolugo integrates right where your participants begin their journey

1. The missing link problem

For a long time, ticketing and accommodation operated in silos. On one side, a registration platform that centralized the entire pre-event journey. On the other, a remote accommodation solution, accessible via a link in an email, often drowned in a series of communications.

The result: low conversion rates, attendees leaving to search for their rooms on Booking, and organizers losing control over a part of the experience they had nevertheless built down to the smallest detail.

And for the organizer, every booking generated via the integrated platform is data: where the attendee is coming from, how many nights, what type of accommodation. Information that makes it possible to better prepare for the next edition, refine hotel blocks, and build a long-term relationship with partner hotels.

And because integration does not stop at booking, attendees retain access to Revolugo's customer service until the big day,  a human support system available in case of need or the unexpected, which no mainstream consumer platform offers.

4. An approach that adapts to every ecosystem
